Sheathing damage due to leak
This shows the damage that can occur after letting a pipe collar leak for an extended time.

Interior photos of leak
A good place to check is in the attic for any possible leaks. As your roof gets older its a good idea to periodically poke your head in to check for any active leaking.

Finished repair
Premier removed the bad pipe collar and replaced it new. We also replaced the other protrusions at this time to prevent future leaks.
