The homeowner was looking to upgrade the outside of his house aesthetically and also make it lower maintenance. Originally the house had painted wood siding and trim. We installed new Cedar Ridge insulated back siding to the home as well as wrapped all trim in PVC coated aluminum trim coil. Some of the main reasons the homeowner was looking to make the switch to vinyl included having to currently repaint his home to protect the wood siding and trim, they also had some water damage under a window on the right side of the home which was replaced along with the siding and trim. Vinyl siding alleviates the cost/labor on having the home repainted, the insulated back siding also does protect against and blowoffs or cracks, and brings the maintenance down to just washing off the siding occasionally with a hose.
