Power Washing Damage
Challenge
We originally did the siding on this home back in 2016. The homeowner had the siding power washed late last year, while it is okay to power wash vinyl siding it should be done at a low setting to avoid damaging the product. Unfortunately it was done on a very high setting, this cause a majority of the panels to become under that much pressure. She also experienced multiple panels cracking and having holes due to the high pressure.
Solution
With a majority of the siding being damaged, the homeowner decided that a full replacement would be their best interest. They had been planning on getting new shutters, new vinyl soffit, and having the trim on the home wrapped. We installed new double 5" dutchlap in the color nantucket as well as wrapped all exterior trim in white. We also installed new hidden vent vinyl soffit to the eaves and added new white shutters to the home. Everything has been refreshed, and informed her on proper ways to have the house cleaned to avoid any issues in the future.
